workshop; description of olive varietals, care and maintanence of olive trees,
instruction and participation in olive havesting, great traditional food, olive
pressing and oil production, soap making and much more.

History – havest – food. In Andalusia olives have been cultivated for more than 3000 years. Spain has more olive trees and produces more olive oil than any other country in the world, and of course with the highest quality.
